These were the scenes by the South Bank yesterday as a group of 15 people performed a ceremony at low tide.
The group collectively raised their hands to the sky to the sound of conch shells being blown while two people distributed incense into the air,
Every few minutes, they would change the direction they were facing, the conch shells would sound and everyone lifted their arms into the air.
It all seemed dignified and calm, and the ceremony went on for some time.
