This is known as the close-proximity human billboard, where the guy has to stand mere inches from the entrance of the shop advertised on the banner.

Hopefully, the large row of arrows will be able to successfully direct even the most short-sighted of passers by.

Note the piece of pink paper added on as an afterthought: "We buy unwanted tickets".
