Offline returns to the Boulevard Tavern, Brooklyn, NY 11222

Opened by the owners of the much-loved (but sadly defunct) Raven bar in the East Village, the Boulevard Tavern is a friendly neighbourhood watering hole, located at 579 Meeker Ave between North Henry and Monitor Streets, in Greenpoint, Brooklyn.

Enjoying a less-than-ideal location right under the BQE highway, the Boulevard Tavern is a restored 80 year old tavern featuring twelve tap beers, an internet jukebox, free wifi, pool table, pinball, and a small backyard.

It may be a bit of a schlep to get to, but it's well worth the journey, and we were delighted to be asked back for another date!

The Offline crew will be rocking one of the best bars in Brooklyn, playing a feast of old skool ska, punk rock, new wave, rock'n'roll and tons of other great stuff.

DJs to include DJ DANDYSEX (of the legendary Lower East Side bar, The Raven), the EDITOR (urban75.com) and MISS KITSCHENETTE (from the fabulous all-girl 60s dance troupe, THE ACTIONETTES).
