It traditionally rains for a large chunk of the summer in Cardiff (at least that’s how it’s always seemed to me!), but the downpour over the August Bank Holiday seemed a particularly Biblical affair.
The fine streets of the Welsh capital were drenched all day long, with very few shoppers braving the rain-lashed streets.
