The oldest building on the Parliamentary estate, Westminster Hall, is getting on a thousand years old.
I was lucky enough to be invited along to a meeting in Parliament, so grabbed a few shots on the way in.

Sorry if this offends, but I don’t care a jot about anything new, modern existing or being constructed in London or in Manhattan, New York City. To me the new buildings are, without exception, ugly, intrusive, showing no imagination, talent or especially zero genius. Please, London and New York, please do not demolish even one more architecturally distinguished or even just lovely old building.
