On Saturday, I paid a visit to the south coast town of Bognor Regis, situated some 55 miles south of London.
Like many seaside towns, Bognor has clearly seen more affluent days, but I still liked the place, and saw some lovely architecture and enjoyed a bracing promenade along the sea front.
Here’s some photos from my trip (click on the links at the bottom for more photos).

Lovely atmosphere of a town that I know well, having grown up in the nearby resort of Littlehampton. You did a post about my family’s link with The Angel, Brixton, which is how I discovered your blog. So I thought you might enjoy this link with Bognor Regis, via the story of Frank Bale on http://www.TheRoyalZanettos.com or http://www.photohistory-sussex.co.uk/BognorClown.htm
