Most blokes may get all doe-eyed and moist in the crotch at the mention of quadruple-camshafted, turbo-spun, rear-view dipsticked, Porsche BigDicks, but this is the car I love the most.
The humble Morris Minor. A proper British car, with bags of style.
First launched at the Earls Court Motor Show, London, on 20 September 1948, the Morris Minor was the brainchild of Alec Issigonis, and more than 1.3 million were manufactured between 1948 and 1971.

Versions included a 2-door saloon, a 4-door saloon and a (swoon!) convertible Morris Minor, while in 1952 the range expanded to include a panel van, pick up truck and another of my favourite cars ever, the completely bonkers Traveller estate, which came complete with Ye Olde wood-framing.
Viva le Morris Minor!
