After suffering the ultra-stingy Christmas offerings at Brixton, it was a treat to go back to Cardiff and see that the place looked rather festive. Here’s some photos.
Morgan Arcade looked really Christmassy.
Queen Street.
They had these star lights out last year, although sadly there was no snow about this time.
Cardiff Market.
St John’s church.
Hayes Island snack bar.
Crumb’s – Cardiff’s first vegetarian restaurant – in the Morgan Arcade.
A look up St Mary Street.
Royal Arcade.
A look down Caroline Street, purveyors of the finest chips around.
In front of Cardiff Central Library.
My goodness, everything looks so lovely and neat and festive! I’ve never been to Cardiff, had no idea it might look like that, even if it’s a special time of the year, thanks for posting your photos, and best wishes for 2013.
