Introduced in 1970s, the Olympus 35RC is a lovely old mechanical rangefinder camera, packing a sharp 42mm f/2.8 lens and offering shutter-priority automatic and manual exposure.
The folks at Ilott Vintage collect and restore select such vintage rangefinder cameras, and then take images with the cameras for displaying in their online gallery.
They’ve created a short video showing off the inner workings of an Olympus 35RC camera, and it’s a joy to behold. Look how complicated they are!
