Leake Street (also known as the Banksy Tunnel) is a road tunnel under Waterloo station where graffiti is legal and promoted despite the fact that it is against UK law on public property.

The gallery was launched during the Cans Festival in May 2008, which was organised by legendary street artist Banksy.
