This is why Brixton is the best place to live in London!
At the Ritzy were the excellent local spoon-troubling folkies, the No Frills Band, playing live with a wild night at the Albert afterwards watching an experimental band playing along to the 1927 German expressionist film directed by Fritz Lang, Metropolis.
Both events were free.
