We’ve enjoyed the hundreds of parodies of this clip from the superb “Downfall” film about Hitler, but a while back the studio involved, Constantin Films, started asserting its rights and ordering takedowns.
Many of the parodies then disappeared from YouTube, but Brad Templeton, an EFF board member released an hilarious update, using the clip to educate and inform users about intellectual property issues.
