Local boys The Sharks rocked the Brixton Albert big time on Friday night.
Scroll down for a few more photos, and don’t forget, we’ve got the amazing Atomic Suplex playing live next week!

The Sharks?? A group of forty somethings trying to pass themselves off as twenty year old’s and failing! You can’t disguise your age by wearing tight pants that really don’t suit you!And how did the Australian singer get those brown rings round his eye’s? is it make up? How many time’s have we seen this type of band? too many!Pub rock at it’s worst!
Crowd seemed to enjoy it, mind.
Crowd seemed to enjoy it? well of course they did, they were busy getting wasted! they looked as if they had just piled off a London tour bus!A band like this would not have the same affect on a more musically informed crowd! which brings me to my point! stop wasting valuable promo with over the hill pub rock bands and support young up and coming acts.
You’ve clearly got some kind of dull, unpleasant personal grudge against the band.
I book all sorts of bands for Offline, young and old. The night is free. The crowd there is lovely.
If you don’t like the acts on offer because of your pathetic ageism, you’re free to naff off elsewhere.
I havn’t got a grudge against the band, and I have nothing against offline, I know you book a lot of good band’s and that’s why I care passionately about the venue and the Brixton music scene in general! I just hate to see these older guy’s with their big ego’s and their badly written, dated pub anthems, spoil what could be a cool scene in my home town of Brixton! I apologize if it sounds out of order but it is true, and I am entitled to my opinion!
