Despite relentless torrential rain and the protest being ‘officially’ called off because of police concerns, thousands of people packed into Trafalgar Square this afternoon to protest against the ‘Brexit’ referendum, which would see the UK leave the European Union.
The protest remained in Trafalgar Square for several hours before spontaneously marching down Whitehall and then on to the Houses of Parliament.

What a bunch of bad losers…….we’ve voted out and we are coming out. Accept it.
They aren’t the only losers. Soon we’ll ALL be losers.
You might want to ask yourself why 52% of the population thought they had nothing worth losing then.
Until the other Thursday I thought I was in a minority. It has actually been quite a positive experience for me to find that actually isn’t the case, that the sort of opinions expressed by most people on Urban were actually the minority.
No matter how hard you try to explain, middle class liberals just don’t get it…..
