I spent a delightful weekend up in Oxfordshire, camping near the Vale of the White Horse with a lovely mob of urban folks.
The weather was sensationally good – clear blue skies every day – and the location perfect.
It was incredibly cold at night mind – close to zero – but we were warmed by a plentiful supply of freshly baked potatoes from the campfire and lashings of beer.
