In stark contrast to Brockwell House, this hideous lump of concrete stuck in the centre of Brixton serves as a car park.

Vandalised from the moment it was built, it really makes you wonder what kind of idiot planners dream up these things.

Perhaps they should be made to live in the buildings they create...
