Cooltan 2003
Cooltan was a much-loved, squatted community arts space that breathed life into Coldharbour Lane from 1992 until being closed down in 1995.

Criminally, the council would prefer that the building be left to rot away rather than be used by locals, so for the last eight years this ugly, rat-infested eyesore has blighted Brixton.
