Tate Gardens
Om June 14th, 2004 a 'red card zone' was set up around Tate Gardens, "in response to public concern about drug dealing, drunkenness, cannabis use and abusive behaviour in the area".

Almost immediately, some wag had added '1/8 ganja £10' to the board! (sadly it had already been rubbed off by officers before I had chance to photograph it)
