God only knows what's possessed me to put this picture up, but for some bizarre reason I thought you lot might be fascinated to see Cardiff's deluxe, all-weather toilet facilities - in action!

Note, if you will, the convenient CCTV camera poised to record any outbreaks of law breaking in the toilet area, and the full and comprehensive hand washing and personal hygiene facilities.

Yep, this is third division hygiene at its best and any similarity to a wall is purely accidental.
