A trip to Dulwich Park, Southwark.

Dating back to 1890, Dulwich Park was formerly farmland and a group of meadows known as 'five fields.
Many of its ancient oaks - which served as boundary markers - still survive today.
The park was a big hit with Queen Mary who liked strolling through the park so much that one of the entrances is now named after her (Queen Mary's Gate.)
I came along for the Green Fair that took place on the 20th May as part of the annual Dulwich Festival. Here's some of my pics from the day.
Not quite sure what these art-filled sheds were all about to be honest.
Mountain bike stunts from the 'RJ Ride Guide'.
Some 'bygone country skills' in action.
Old fashioned fun fair photos.
Union Jack.
Kids dancing to the band. The boy on the far right clearly isn't too impressed!
Dr Bike was on hand to sort out bicycle problems.
There's a great raised walk across one of the lakes, giving you a close-up look of some of the wildlife action.
