A quiet lane in the middle of London

Looping around both ends of Hanway Place is the even narrower Hanway Place.
Hanway Place by its western junction with Hanley Street.
In the middle of Hanway Place is the impressive 1811 building of the former Westminster Jews' Free School.
This fine brick building now serves as offices and a branch of Sainsbury's.
Timeless scene.
Old and new in Hanway Place.
Looking west back towards Oxford Street.
