St Pancras Station clock tower

Framed by the huge cranes of a modern railway development, Sir George Gilbert Scott's superb Gothic landmark has survived decades of disuse and even a demolition bid in the 1960s.

It now enjoys Grade I listed status, so, with luck, this grand building will be put back into use soon.
