Parliament Square taped off!

The whole square is quickly encased in some rather nifty custom made 'Reclaim The Streets' tape.

Apparently a group of policemen found themselves stuck together momentarily when a cheeky chappy ran round them with the tape! 		Mayday 2K: protesters Parliament Square taped off!
