There was no groin-grinding, smoochy hairdryer ballads for doe-eyed lovers at our fun-packed anti-Valentine's bash with the Offline crew serving up romance-defying lively tunes that kept the dancefloor throbbing lustily.
Contestants were invited
onstage to deliver their worst chat up lines, with the crowd reaction being registered on a specially created 'Vom-o-Meter.'
Those people delivering the cheesiest lines that got the biggest boos earned a free shot of Jäger. And, as you might imagine, there was mayhem onstage!

Shirley!
DJ Jizzy caresses the evening's first prize. And who wouldn't want to get close to Cliff? Actually, you don't need to answer that. We don't want to get into legal difficulties.

No idea what's happening here.

EDITOR (urban75)
An ale-fuelled onslaught of ska, punk, rock'n'roll, big band, rockabilly, Mrs Mills and Liberace in a floor stomping package.
DJ JIZZY RASCAL
The gin powerhouse serves up a wonderful mix of retro, punk, hip-hop, dance and even a bit of Bowie. Hell yes!
GRUMPY BEN
Offline debut of the fast pouring Dogstar legend.
SARAH ACTIONETTE
Vinyl-only queen of wonderful retro sounds from the 40s to punk and beyond.
BARON BOBBY BAUHAUS (charcoal soul)
More mysterious than Robert Smith's eyeliner bag, Bobby gets dancefloors rocking with quirky, darkside indie-pop and kohl-smudging breakbeats.
Videos and photo slideshows of street photography, random amusements and weird shizzle from the internet.
The Albert is less than two minutes walk from Brixton station and a few minutes from the Brixton Academy.
Turn left out of the tube station, take the second left down Coldharbour Lane (by the KFC), go past the Prince of Wales and it's the next pub on your left.
