We celebrated all things Welsh with a special BrixtonBuzz/Offline club night in Brixton's finest drink emporium, the Prince Albert.
As well as our usual mix of ska, reggae, indie, punk and skiffle, we served up big hitters from the likes of Tom Jones, Shirley Bassey, Super Furries, McClusky, Badfinger, Feeder, Budgie, Goldie Lookin' Chain, Los Campesinos and - yes, really, Bonnie Tyler. And the crowd loved it! Croeso y Cymru!
PHOTOS FROM THE DANCEFLOOR:
We had a busy dancefloor all night!
EDITOR (urban75)
An ale-fuelled onslaught of ska, punk, rock'n'roll, big band, rockabilly, Mrs Mills and Liberace in a floor stomping package.
DJ MAGGOT (Bitter Sound System)
A feast of old school funk, soul dancehall, spiced up with some punk and new wave.
Videos and photo slideshows of street photography, random amusements and weird shizzle from the internet.
The Albert is less than two minutes walk from Brixton station and a few minutes from the Brixton Academy.
Turn left out of the tube station, take the second left down Coldharbour Lane (by the KFC), go past the Prince of Wales and it's the next pub on your left.
