Fountains & cascades, Victoria Sq

Situated in front of the impressive Victorian Council House, these cascading fountains (known as 'The River') form the centrepiece of a pedestrianised square.

The large statue at the top of the fountain is known as 'the floozy in the jacuzzi'.
