Snowfall, west London This is one of my favourite feelings - when you wake up in the middle of the night and hear that strange, muffled hush that only snow can bring to a city. This photo was taken from my bedroom window at 4am on a cold, dark January in North London. I put the Blue Nile on my walkman and sat up and watched the snow for a while. Next morning, I got up early and walked down to a deserted Regent's Park to watch the ducks sliding on the frozen canal. all photos©urban75 2003 |
