fence and hillside, Caerdydd

I love this walk.

Whenever I get time out from working in London, I try and head back to south Wales and spend hours alone exploring the countryside around Caerffili Mountain.

This walk takes me past the disused Cefn Onn railway station, upwards through Craig Llanishen and on to the top of the mountain, with a commanding view of the Rhymmney Valley in the distance.
