FOLKESTONE FESTIVAL SCENES
We arrived in time for Folkestone Festival which took place on 29th July, 2006.
Held in aid of the RNLI and National Coastwatch Institute, the event takes in a Tug of war, a one person barrel pull, a raft race, a trawler race, funfair rides, street markets and a grand firework display (which we missed because we'd cycled off to Hythe by the evening).
