Fireworks, Thames Festival
Every year, the Thames Festival climaxes with a superb firework display, watched by thousands of people lined up along the riverside and on the Southwark/Waterloo bridges.

Be sure to get there early if you want a decent view!

(Note: the festival takes place annually over the second weekend of the Autumn school term, usually mid-September)
