The 'Erotic Gherkin' at night

Designed by Lord Foster, this fabulous, sci-fi addition to London's skyline is almost complete in this view taken near Brick Lane.

The 590ft tall aerodynamic building uses natural ventilation to create 'an environmentally progressive working space' (whatever that means!)
