Rape seed fields

The journey through Staffordshire was punctuated by large ares of bright yellow rapeseed crops.

Some rapeseed facts! It's a large, stemmy, winter/spring annual related to mustard, cabbage, broccoli, cauliflower, and turnip, grown for its oil and meal.
