Old Dutch Mustard factory

The factory, still emblazoned with the "Old Dutch Mustard" sign, ceased production 25 years ago.

Artists moved in, hosting huge parties to help pay the rent, which often involved installations made out of the old mustard barrels.

The building is now expected to shift for $25.4 million.
