Katz's Delicatessen The oldest delicatessen in New York City (est 1888), Katz's is famous for its hand carved pastrami and corned beef (sadly of no interest to me as a veggie!). And for film buffs, you can chomp away at frankfurters, knockwurst, knishes and other Jewish deli staples on the very table where Harry met Sally.
