The River Project, Pier 26, North River

We spent an enjoyable half hour in the company of the Project's enthusiastic worker Scott, who took time out to explain the workings of the aquarium and marine science field station.

The Project manages 'The Estarium', a 3,000 gallon aquarium system featuring creatures from the Hudson River Estuary.
