Fountains in the rain

The Jacob Wrey Mould Fountain was originally installed in City Hall Park in in 1871.

In 1920, the fountain was disassembled and shipped to Crotona Park in the Bronx, where it languished until being returned to its original location in 1998.

Note the gas lamps, replicas of 1850 bronze candelabras.
