Bloomberg Tower under construction This 55-storey tower, designed by Cesar Pelli & Associates was looking close to completion in this November 2004 view. The building rises to a height of nearly 265m, with its top floors (30th to 54th) housing 105 condominium apartments, named One Beacon Court (151 E. 58th St.). The apartment portion will be the highest one in the world, beating the all-residential Trump World Tower on East River The rest of the building is due to be taken up by offices and three retail floors with 14,400 mē of retail space. There'll also be a glass-covered, oval-shaped mid-block atrium court contains the entrances to the apartments and a large glass-walled restaurant. [November 2004] please donate! copyright/licensing
