Cycling to Portreath

With our wheels duly hired from the bike shop, we set off on the 9 mile route along the old tramway route to Portreath.

The route took us past old mine workings and through beautiful wooded valleys and hedgerows filled with honeysuckle, gorse, heather and primroses.
