Somerset House ice rink

Every winter (since 2000), the courtyard of Somerset House resonates to the sound of slick ice skaters and clumsy wobblers (i.e. me), navigating around the superb 900 square metre ice rink.

In the evening, music, flaming torches and special architectural lighting illuminates the classical facades around the beautiful Courtyard.
