Promotion party in fancy dress! Scunthorpe away. Scunthorpe. Hmmm. Just the very mention of the name brings with it an air of romance, sophistication and style - no more so than when the CCFC away crew arrived to celebrate their promotion to Division Two, with the prospect of a win guaranteeing champion status. It's long been a custom for Cardiff fans to attend the last away game of the season in fancy dress, and the 7,000 fans that turned up certainly brought some much needed colour into Scunthorpe's Lego Brick stadium.   The 1927 boys on the way to Scunthorpe.  A bunch of burly geezers in dresses, getting to ready to stage a triumphant handbag-swinging pitch invasion on the final whistle.  Getting ready for the final whistle.  Policeman fails miserably to stop the hordes of City ladyboys invading the pitch.
