Caereinion...
Sat at the bottom of the Churchyard by the holy well of St Mary. It is claimed as pre-Christian when the water was drawn as a cure for various disorders. A pump was then used to get water for domestic use but the well was disused by 1909. It was restored in 1990.
Buying train tickets for our steam train journey of the Welshpool and Lanfair Light Railway.
Curious fake sheep in one of the train's (stationary) wagons
Beautiful view of the Banwy Valley...
Happy :)
Smoke silhouetted against the grass...
On our arrival in Welshpool, we walked back to the bunkhouse and it was time to get knitting!
