It was good to see the Urban Green Fair returning to Brockwell Park, with a varied bill offering a wide range of speakers, films, talks, poets, BMX races, Brockwell Park Tennis Championship, cafes, stalls, big kids zone with a focus on peak oil and climate change.
Because of pesky licencing/police/council hassles, there was no entertainments or alcohol licenses, but in reality, it was quite pleasant walking around to the sound of people chatting - it made the day feel more like a big picnic!
Here's a few photos from the day.
Kids chasing after the steam engine on the Brockwell miniature railway.

'The Magic of Healing.' Apparently.
And here's some 'Energy Field Healing,' if you're so inclined.

Good to see Cafe Cairo in attendance.

A Poet on action.
Happily, I missed the 9/11 conspiracy nonsense. Not sure what it was doing on the bill in the first place, to be honest.
Climate camp.
Transition Town.
Free bike repairs.
The main stage.
The bubble machine was a hit!
