Glastonbury 2007: a very muddy time A walk around the festival site. (Photos/words © urban75, June 2007) With just about the entire site covered in mud, places to sit down were precious commodities. . The Welly stores did brisk business, although you'd have to be near-insane to arrive at the festival without a pair. General crowd view. There was a hidden deep hole in this mud pond by Cider Bus and Bar, and there was much sport to be had seeing if anyone would fall into it. The classic muddy people at Glastonbury shot. Bjork was one of the highlights of the festival. We took a walk up to the new Park area, but the muddy conditions and slippery slope meant the area never really reached its potential this year. With better weather, we could see it becoming a nice addition to the festival. The silent disco was probably a little too silent when we paid a visit with only a handful of people walking around donning headphones. Up in the Green Fields late at night. Green Fields view.
