Glastonbury TiPi Village, 2007 A ceremony and procession. (Photos/words © urban75, June 2007) The TiPi village mainly houses folks from the 'TiPi Valley' in Llandeilo, Wales and enjoys a strong sense of shared-community. Further away, there's a secondary TiPi field for well-heeled festival goers who get private, clean porta-loos and a sauna for their extra bucks. But seems like cheating to us. Cool wooden coat hangers. There was a ceremony going on when we arrived. Here's some photos: The procession heads off towards the Green Fields. Stall in the TiPi field. Hat and TiPi. Felt hat and TiPi. « Glastonbury Festival homepage More photos » |
