A night in the Prince of Wales, Princetown
Having it large to The Wurzels in Princetown.

Formerly the home of the Princetown brewery, the Prince of Wales is a great place to spend a long evening extensively sampling the Dartmoor IPA (abv. 4.0%) and Jail Ale (abv. 4.8%).
After a hard day's walking, we were ready to party with the Rotary Club disco crew, and here's the evidence:
Pub exterior.
Getting ready to eat in their dining area.
Our feasting mob took over two big tables.
The food portions were extremely generous, with some meat dishes coming on trays!. The veggie option was really tasty too.
Getting stuck in.
Into the bar.
Giving it some dance floor action.
Much flailing.
The DJ was a laugh. Presented with a comprehensive list of songs we wanted playing, he dutifully worked his way through the lot and we returned the favour by packing the dance floor
Actually, there was one serious aberration.
"Does anyone like Chesney Hawkes?" he asked to a deafening chorus of, "No! He's shite!" So the next song he played was ....Chesney... and the dance floor duly vacated for the duration.
Back to the dancing.
Around midnight something strange happened. One of the bar staff came out and demanded that everyone get on the chairs and table and dance to a triple back-to-back session of The Wurzels.
No one was exempt from her demanding finger.
"Cuz oi gorra brand new combine aaarvester nn' oi'll give you the key ..."
More was to come as the DJ slammed out 'I Am A Cider Drinker' and some other horrible farming-related knees up, but one member of our party steadfastly refused to join in.
And who can blame him?
The drunken finale.
Thank you and good night!
