five ladies, Penarth

Penarth is a small town on the South Wales coastline, and I used to go there a lot as a kid, wolfing down 99 ice creams on the sea walk.

Fortunately, it's managed to maintain a lovely 1930s atmosphere, spoilt only by a hideous grey concrete car park built in the 70s.

I spotted these five women relaxing after from a bowls game and thought it made a strong composition.
