Anti capitalist protesters take over the space in front of St Paul's.protest of plans to privatise the NHS

Inspired by the Occupy Wall Street demonstration in the US, demonstrators set up camp on the steps of St Paul's cathedral in central London om Saturday.
The original plan was to take over the nearby Paternoster Square, but as that space is private, the police dutifully clared it at the behest of the owners.
Well organised kitchens.
St Paul's may have closed for "health and safety" reasons, but all the shops right next to the encampment have managed to staty open - including a rather handy camping shop!

Yes, this really was as bad as you might imagine - and if you look the fella up on the internet, it makes for an equally unpleasant read.
